Although Armani is more well-known for his fashion design company of the same name, his interior design firm has completed a number of projects, including the Armani hotels in Milan and Dubai. Sunny Isles Beach's impressive new Armani Residences Miami is a 56-story oceanfront building with 308 elite luxury residences. The tower is situated on 3.11 acres and has direct access to 300 feet of beachfront coastline as well as tastefully designed gardens. Under Giorgio Armani's artistic supervision, the interiors were made by the renowned interior design firm.

The ornamentation of the curved entry area serves as visual proof that the décor uses gold, bronze, and green tones.

Translucent drapes hang from floor to ceiling over the restaurant's wall-to-wall windows, and the polished stone floor has green curves that resemble the outline of a tower.

Green leather covers the wooden dining chairs with bronze colored legs to highlight this aspect.Green cabinets that bend around a black table are stored in the temperature-adjustable wine cellar.

Wood flooring, wallpaper with a plant print, and a cream sofa with Armani brand cushions can all be found in the living area. Two levels are devoted to facilities like a kids' area, a movie theater, a private cigar lounge, and more.

The homes have kitchen cabinets created by Armani/Dada, a collaboration between Armani and Italian design firm Molteni&C.

The bathrooms are finished with a sink and tub designed by Armani/Roca, a collaboration between the Roca Group and Armani, and the master bedrooms have marble sinks as well.

In addition to these embellishments, the homes have been kept "designer ready" so that the owners themselves can decorate them.
