Aston Martin Residences Debuts 3-Story Penthouse With Private Pool

The architects and builders of the Aston Martin Residences skyscraper in downtown Miami have revealed images and specifics of a triplex penthouse.

The developers said last week that the 66-story tower is 97% sold.

The new penthouse is called "Unique."

The 3-story apartment is being offered for $59 million.

Seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a wraparound terrace on each story, a private pool, a gym, a jacuzzi, and a custom-built garage are all included in the 20,000 square foot home.

The final Aston Martin Vulcan racing vehicle, one of just 24 versions of the company's 7.0-liter V12 820bhp, all-carbon fiber supercar, will also be given to the buyer. It is worth $3.2 million. It has its own climate-controlled garage and is exclusively designed for track driving.

An 80-page art book with original works of art by the six internationally renowned artists-in-residence at the property has been published to promote the penthouse plan unveiling.

The 20′′x 20′′ art book chronicles the penthouse's tale via paintings, sculptures, music, and poetry.

One illustration is Fabio Mesa's imagined top deck and private pool for the triplex. The epic ocean vista with the sun sinking on the horizon is shown in an explosion of blue, white, yellow, and orange using his abstract creative method of oil and acrylic on canvas.

Rafael Delceggio, an automotive photographer, illustrates the design of the rare Aston Martin Vulcan that goes with the triplex penthouse in another section of the book.

A QR code in the book leads to a unique original score that was recorded by a ten-piece orchestra. The vistas from the rooftop served as inspiration for the symphony.
